Receiving a double major in elementary education and psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Cher Holcomb was an educator in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg School System. She received her child safety certification from Thomas Golden, R.N., a well-known expert in the field of child safety. Cher is a member of the International Association for Child Safety.
